Corporal Punishment Policy

Professional Recruiters Group does not adhere to any form of Corporal Punishment. Therefore, unless your life or the life of another individual is in danger you DO NOT touch a child. As a PRG employee, your signature guarantees that you will adhere to this policy and prohibit the use of Corporal Punishment.

  • I understand and agree that I am an at-will employee of Professional Recruiters Group (PRG) and that my employment may be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without notice, by PRG or myself. I understand that any Officer of PRG has the authority to enter into an employment contract with me, and that any such agreement must be in writing and signed by the Officer to be enforceable.
  • When a multiple day assignments end’s, I MUST inform availability to PRG Educational to continue being placed on assignments.
  • I WILL NOT pursue or accept any position in any school that PRG Educational has assigned me to without prior written approval from PRG Educational.
  • Professional Recruiters Group has a very strict NO DRUG policy, and I have signed the consent to submit a drug test. I understand that my failure to comply with this agreement will be grounds for termination.
  • I will always have a proper photo ID on me for each assignment.
  • I have a valid phone number that I can be reached on.
  • I have reliable transportation.
  • Cell phone usage is permitted only on lunch breaks. Any use of cell phones during class periods could result in being asked to leave for the day without pay. Any violation of this PRG and school policy may result in your not returning to that location.
  • If I am not able to report to an assignment due to an emergency, I will contact PRG Educational immediately so a replacement substitute teacher may be obtained in my absence. Failure to notify PRG may result in my termination.
  • If I sustain an injury while on assignment for PRG, I will inform PRG immediately. PRG will coordinate with the client and myself and direct me appropriately with implementing the procedure for treating and reporting the accident.
  • I understand that PRG will pay me on a weekly basis. My wages will be distributed the following week after I have worked. The pay period begins on Monday and ends on Sunday.
  • I have read and fully understand the above statements regarding PRG’s policies and procedures and agree to the same. Failure to comply with these policies and procedures could result in my termination with PRG.
